Can the modem be put into "bridge mode" and do the PPPoE authentication on
the PIX? This would move the IP to the outside interface on the PIX, as well
as the NAT and PPPoE, and otherwise it would be configured just as you
would expect...

Also, keep in mind, this mailing list is for people who are studying
for their CCIE lab exam...
