Re: RIP with TTL of 2

I had a problem this last night in a migration with RIP.

Current scenario:

7500A(ITP) --| vlan |-- 7500B - The 7500A only receives an default route
with the default-originate command.

Desired scenario:

7500A(ITP) --| vlan |-- 6500 - The 6500 is with the same config.

The only diference is that the ip on 6500 is configured with an interface
vlan, and the ip on 7500B is configured on an subinterface.

The problem is that with the desired scenario the 7500A(ITP) didn't receive
the default route.

Any ideas? Comments?

I'm almost oppening a TAC...

Thanks,

Gabriel
