I too might try a trial run at something like this. I'm assuming a
conference call for Gary (or for any of us for that matter) would be costly
so maybe some flavor of IM? I have Google's IM (Gtalk) and think it's okay
but I don't think it really matters too much so long as our client allows us
to create a chat room for everybody.
