Frame Relay.

'On a multipoint subinterface split-horizon is enabled by default. Routes
from the spoke routers will not get advertised out to other spokes because
of split-horizon. If split-horizon is disabled on the multpoint
subinterface, all of the routes will be propagated and the possibly down
statements in your spoke routing table will disappear.'

Caslow pp132. Good book that and incredibly going for the price of a happy
meal used on Amazon these days. There's gold in them thar hills.
