Obviously, for the access layer switch, we will use VTP mode transparent
mode and add VLAN for the switches. For the distribution switches, we should
use VTP mode server as all the traffic will pass through the distribution
switch. So it should include all the VLAN.

In many cases, we have some set of vlans per switch with some
overlappings between switches.
When using transparent and different vtp domains, must I configure all
vlans in all switches or configure just necessary vlans per switch (i.e:
active vlans)?
