Re: Newb question about IEWB topology and labs

I wonder if having a physical topology that never changes or 300 labs that
always use the same topology or 2000-page books without a single error would
help any one.

We, human, learn from our mistakes - mostly.

I am against 100% error-free books. Because it is when we stumble over
something we learn lessons. It will also discourage people from doing it
themselves. The research process in GS, or the Vendors Forum or Cisco
Website (DocCD or whatever) is what enriches the learning experiience.

I would Never have this 100% trust in a single book unless I have labbed it
up over and over again and things work consistently.

As my manager says "Clarity comes out of confusion". And if you are not
confused first, you'll not that you are actually clear now :-)

I wouldn't mind few inconsistencies for the larger benefit of learning and
understanding.

My 2 cents.

Joseph.
