GS,
    The scenario is as follows. I want to have a link that gurantees latency
for Voice Traffic.
Therefore, I turn on 'frame-relay traffic-shaping' so that I can use the
frame-relay fragment command.
[1] If I want to gurantee maximum usage on the link, I make the CIR =
minCIR, would I then need to
    turn off 'frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn' so that I can set the
cir=mincir ?? I
    Pls advice ...or just don't do any 'frame-relay adaptive-shaping' on the
interface ?

[2] For Voice over the serial link, is the Tc value 10ms ? I always use the
Tc as 125ms.

Pls advice,

Thanks,
ccie1101.
