Howard is a great guy. For the most part he proctors at RTP, but like most
proctors will occasionally have trips to other locations to fill in or
rotate people around.
Just don't complain about the early morning stuff while you're there!
Howard is up at like 4am or some other ungodly hour of the morning each day,
so he doesn't have sympathy for non-early-morning people! (He will point
out the break room and coffee though!)
Definitely has a sense of humor though, so make sure you aren't too
melancholy during your exam or you won't appreciate it very much! :)
