They are professional and polite. This means they
tell you what to do, not to do, where the facilities
are and where the coffee is so that are more likely to
need to know where the facilities are.
They even feed you.
They encourage adult literacy (aka: reading) and seem
to reinforce (aka: go read it again) this a lot.
They can be funny during before the lab, during lunch,
and after the lab.
That's about it.
