Hello,
This is your opportunity to come work with the Mothership. My group is in
need of a Sales Engineer (Systems Engineer) for one of our Account Managers.
It's hard work and requires a lot of travel and experience with Rural LEC's.
We have not been able to find someone yet and I'm getting tired of doing
double duty, so I'm helping out the recruiter to find a new SE for our team.
For the record, I am NOT a recruiter or offically working for the company in
a recruiting fashion. I'm NOT the hiring manager and have no say in the
hiring process. This is me personnaly on my own time looking for a qualified
canidate and I will forward on resumes that I feel are qualified. If you
want to officially apply, you can go the company website and search for the
opportunity and apply your self.
Here's the deal...You must be VERY knowledgeable and experienced with
Optical (Sonet/DWDM), IP (Service Provider focused) and Rural LEC's. The job
is in the Western US and you must already live in the western US or be
willing to relocate to the western US. Principally in either Montana, New
Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, or California. If your not already in the US and
don't have experience with RLEC's in some fashion, I'm not even going to
look at your resume. Sorry, but we need someone who can hit the ground
running so to speak and is very familiar with the RLEC culture/community.
It's a tough job, long hours, lots of travel, but the pay is good and the
job is very rewarding. I personally love it.
Below is the official job description.
Thanks for your interest,
-Ryan
