My vote goes for Asia (singapore, malaysia, Hongkong) as many people
from asia are doing ccie these days.

Nevertheless, I am in favor of UK and south africa too.

Why not in Latin America?

Considering NZ has a population of 4.1 million, a lab there there seems
fairly pointless, especially as .au (supposedly, hah!) has a lab only 3
hours away.

I would think that the UK was an obvious choice (surprised there isn't
one there already!), or perhaps South Africa or Canada, or maybe another
in Asia, Singapore or Malaysia?
