the load balance is actually not the Routing Protocol responsibility it is
only the Switching method, meaning if you use CEF per destination/packet or
Process Switching per packet

by default it is CEF per destination, you can test it if you put 2 Hosts
behind a router that have 2 different path to it. or even put 2 routers as
hosts for that test.
