Hi,

Is it correct to say that the command MATCH IP ADDRESS (in route-map
configuration mode) can match either the DESTINATION address or the
SOURCE address of a packet.

Cisco doc says here "destination address"

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fipr_c/ipcprt2/1cfindep.htm#wp1001439

Cisco doc does not say much here, whether it is a destination or source
address :

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fipr_c/ipcprt2/1cfindep.htm#wp1001097

So ... when will the destination address be checked ? when will the
source address be checked ?

thanks,
Navid
