The telecaster user is used by the IP phone agent (XML app on the IP
Phone instead of CAD) to authenticate and pass enterprise data from
the IPCCx engine to the phone agent.
Take a look at the Cisco Desktop Product Suite Installation Guide for
more info - page 2-12.
