IIRC, RJ-45 is a mechanical specification, whereas RJ-48 is an electrical
specification that infers a physical RJ-45 jack...

The pinout is as follows for T1/E1 crossover.

1 --- 4
2 --- 5

Although the cable is using normal Ethernet RJ-45, just
wondering why it is called RJ-48 for T1/E1 cable...
