This is a known issue ... you can soft link the libpcap to fix the issue:

Thanks for you reply. I am not a pro in linux. I tried running Dynagen

Fedora but was unsuccessful in running Dynagen it. When I tried to

dynagen i got error that some library-something i downloaded n
 installed it,
then it showed error message for another and I downloaded that

it then got error for some other file. Felt like it was

and left it there.

Which version/flavor of Linux is good for installing
Dynagen, in terms
 of ease of install. If I use GUI of linux will running of
dynagen be
 smooth, I am not at all comfortable with CLI of linux and dont
want to
 spend time learning it in middle of ccie preparation.

I am trying to
emulate 3640 on Dynagen.
