To test this, you'll need one Mcast sender and one Mcast receiver. Use RTR
to simulate the UDP stream and see if it arrives to the destination.
SENDER--->First Hop Router--->Last Hop Router--->RECEIVER
I would tell you to use IP SLA but it does not support Broadcast Addresses
as the destination. I think this was resolved in a later 12.4T release.

Hi,
I'm having trouble with this, can anyone help me please.
I have 2 routers separated by a ppp link, I'm not saying it definitely
doesn't work but to be honest I just don't know. Can any suggest a good way
to troubleshoot this? Is it worth adding TCP to the access-lists and
telnetting to port 5575?

I've added show ip mroute output at the bottom though again is this even any
