Re: Problem registering the gateway - please help

Hi J P,

First off - did resetting your HL work as Wilfred had suggested
yesterday?

Secondly, are you using ProctorLabs equipment or are you using your
own and mirroring the configs that we have on ours?
Also - it looks like you are trying to use Pod 4's information - is
that correct?

So assuming that this is all true - then I would ask you to post your
PSTN router config.

Also - you copied and pasted your config from your CallManager - but
from your copy paste - one cannot discern how you have things setup.
For instance - here is part of your copy/paste:

<snip>
> PRI Protocol Type* -- Not Selected ---PRI EUROPRI
> AUSTRALIANPRI QSIG E1
>
> Protocol Side* --- Not Selected ---NetworkUser
<\snip>

Your SDA cannot be configured to all these flavors of PRI and to
Network and User at the same time - so you will need to be a little
more clear on that part.

Finally - to answer the question you asked in your latest email
<snip>
  "one other thing the E1 link is currenlty not up.. but i dont think
that
needs to be up for the Gateway to be registered to CCM ??"
</snip>

Yes - you do have to have ISDN L3 Multiple Frames Established for it
to show registered in CCM.

HTH some and look forward to your responses,

Mark Snow
