Truly speaking, I cant really know whether several dozens of labs r really
developed each month or not.
Mine is based on several articles I have read in magazines, interviews,
forums, etc over the years on this question and the ccie lab development
processes at cisco, by ccie program managers.
Unfortunately, I do not have the links readily available (would have to do
some 'digging' if I have to).
But whether or not there is that extent of commitment from cisco or not is
irrelevant in this instance tho.
As you rightly said, "Bottom line, better not count on repeating lab
happening." Scott also made some good points there.
As I said, it is possible, but not probable.
