Like I said, I don't oppose any changes on the content/format of the exam.
I think that should be done too. Frankly, I still think the old 2-day test
was a better test; a notion that has been expressed by many other people on
groupstudy.

However, at the end of the day, I would say that you still need a system to
clamp down on those people who are just 'practicing'. As Brad Ellis and
others have said, there are a lot of people who will just keep showing up
every 30 days to take the test over and over and over again until they
finally pass, if you don't stop them. If I could take the Bar exam every
30 days over and over and over again, I'd probably eventually pass too.
