I think the solution guide is correct. R6 is the gatekeeper to the routes
from AS54 and its not advertising them to anyone beyond its own AS100 (R2
and R3) not the other AS 100 for SW3 and SW4. So this solution will block
those routes getting known to SW3 and SW4 as well.
