I can't explain it, but I had the same problem. Also, in BGP I had
tried some of the conditional advertisement examples on the doccd and
the prefix-list does not *always* work as documented. It may have been
something I did wrong, but the standard ACL seems to always work. I
assume it is a bug, but it is hard know if I have never seen it work.

Subject: Regarding Prefix-list and route-source for OSPF

Hello All,

In OSPF I used distribute-list route-map < > to block routes from a
particular router.

If I specify the route source to match a standard access list it works.
I am matching on the router-id.

If I use a prefix list to match the same I see that it doesn't work.

Ex: access-list 10 permit 10.10.10.10 ---- works

        ip prefix-list R1 permit 10.10.10.10/32----- doesn't work

Can anyone let me know if I am missing out something here?

Regards,

Arun
