Hi Andy,

It usually means what it says "No Available Dates." Write to Cisco and read
their reply if you doubt it :))

The CCIE tracking system by default provides available dates for 12 weeks,
and not 12 months (even though its possible to get a seat 12weeks+
sometimes).

So just keep trying several times in a day, for days. Someone would drop a
date somehow and you would be likely to 'bounce' upon it and take it up.
