Tammy,
The BB configurations are in the same directory as the initial
configurations for the other devices. On Windows it'll be in the c:
\program files\dynamips\sample_labs\internetworkexpert\initial.configs
\ directory. Also the FRS is enabled in the .net file.
Lastly make sure that you have downloaded the correct file:
