Well you can differentiate between all the different types of OSPF routes
(intra-area O, inter-area IA, external E1 or E2 etc.)
So in this example O, E2 have the default 110 and the inter-area IA has been
changed to 125.
O E2 10.2.0.0/24 [110/30] via 172.16.123.3, 00:00:02, Serial6/0
O 10.3.3.3/32 [110/65] via 172.16.123.3, 00:00:02, Serial6/0
C 10.5.0.0/24 is directly connected, Loopback1
O 192.168.1.1 [110/75] via 172.16.123.3, 00:00:03, Serial6/0
192.168.2.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets
O IA 192.168.2.2 [125/129] via 172.16.123.3, 00:00:03, Serial6/0
192.168.3.0/24 is variably subnetted, 2 subnets, 2 masks
O 192.168.3.3/32 [110/65] via 172.16.123.3, 00:00:03, Serial6/0
In this case I would say that it easier to look for this information in the
routing table versus "sh ip protocols".
