Many people with and without slots are indeed studying very hard. We must be
careful of spurious starwars lamer claims.
People tanking the lab on the day isn't a new thing. I read on a board 5
years ago about some guy that showed up sat around for an hour or two and
walked out as he didn't know enough to attempt the lab properly. Perhaps he
had more money than sense, or simply wasn't footing the bill.
It happens.
