I think to do that though, you'll have to open a case with the certification
support group because they'll then have to associate your new CCO ID with
your testing ID, which includes your written score, which of course is
needed to schedule the lab. Good luck with doing that now! ;-)

Thanks everyone for the responses. For anyone interested, it seems the
unanimous advice is to open a guest CCO account and book the lab through
this account. As long as the guest CCO account is not associated to your
company, the CCIE is yours ;-)
