I'm assuming that we are talking about something in the R&S exam, so I'd
think the two solutions listed there are the most likely ones! Yeah, there
are others for real life, but highly unlikely in the R&S lab!

Embrace the things you don't need to know. :)

L2tpv3 (xconnect commands) or bridge-group (bridge irb) can do this.

We used to bridge some non-routeable stuff.

I'm sure the SP IE's here have 10 more ways to do it (pseudowires, atom,
gmpls)... gents?

Two devices speaking to one another via a non-routable protocol. One of the
devices has to be moved across a frame connection from the other.
How would I go about allowing the two devices to speak at L2 across a wan
link? I had thought about using NAT or proxy-arp, but if it is a
non-routeable protocol, they may be talking MAC address to MAC address.
