Limiting phones to whom can use SRST and who can't is achieved via the
Device Pools. Within the DP is the SRST router setting. In this case, you
would create 2 device pools, One with SRST and one without. Then apply the
appropriate Device Pool to the phones.
FXS port via SIP is achieved via Dial Peers on the Router and a Route
Pattern on the Call Manager.
