Re: deny rfc 1918 address

Here's how you can answer that question. Search Google for RFC
1918. Then once you have found RFC 1918 search within it and see if
you find 127.0.0.0 listed.

Also the title of the RFC (Address Allocation for Private Internets)
gives it away since 127.0.0.0 is not an address for private internets.
