Hi ,
My understanding is , we can not assume it 8000, if we do so , configured
value will be different and you will not get the desired results.
To acheive the configured rate, we should calculate it...the following
values for the normal and extended burst parameters:
normal burst = configured rate * (1 byte)/(8 bits) * 1.5 seconds
extended burst = 2 * normal burst
