Thanks Rik for response.
There might be someone who might have come across with the same issue
any time in his/her life.
Infact, it's a production router, so reboot or IOS upgrade is difficult
thing because it's hard time to get down time from client.

I don't of anything in the router config that could cause this. I've
run 12.4(9)T as well without this issue but I use SecureCRT. There are
some newer version of TeraTerm so maybe either a router IOS change or a
TeraTerm change is in order. ;-)

Looks to me also an IOS bug but not sure.
I am able to Telnet to other cisco routers and switches without any
issue
from same Tera Term. Its very old Tera Term instalation and never had
this
problem before.
Is there any other settings in Router which can cause this problem?
However, vty configuration is very straight forward on router "transport
input telnet" and "transport output telnet" nothing else.

Apart from an IOS bug, perhaps your terminal emulation settings have
been
changed or not setup correctly? Is this a new TeraTerm install or an
existing one? Can you telnet to another similar Cisco device without
issue?

Hi group,
While working on a fault, we have come across an unusual issue with the
router's display. I accessed the router via vty line and found that all
the
characters are left-aligned without any spaces in between. Router is
running
IOS version 12.4(9)T. But when I am accessing the router from the
console, I
am not facing any issues. Please see the below excerpts from the router
while accesing through Tera Term Telnet.
