-IP multicast boundary without filter-autorp parameter is to stop some
specific routed multicast groups, which are defined in ACL, from crossing the
boundary.
-But you may not care about real mutlicast traffic, instead you only want to
limit the propagation of auto-rp message. You can use ip multicast boundary
