Last time the major changes came it was actually a four-month window... But
they aren't going to make changes in late September that would majorly
impact December labs. That's how you know the proctors don't like you. :)

At Networkers, it was mentioned that there wasn't anything major in the
short-term, and reiterated that major things would be a 4-6 month warning.
