Just FYI, the publication date for this has been variously reported as Nov
and Dec of this year, so it's not a resource immediately available to anyone
at the moment, AFAIK. And Edition 2 of the Cert Guide is a significant
enough of a departure from v3.0 of the exam that I would not recommend
anyone buy it at this point (unless you need to sit the exam NOW, in that
case maybe just try to borrow a copy)...
