Dear All,
I have a question regarding the SRST router call forwarding issue.
Normally, the router is registered with callmanger at Hq, and there are two
phones registered with CCM. (e.g. 5001 and 5002, 5001 with mailbox while
5002 does not have) if WAN outage, the router will be run at SRST and still
have 5001 and 5002 DN.
The question is, if running in SRST, how to configure the SRST to make it so
that, the call forwarding function (busy or no answer) still work on 5001 to
mailbox, while for DN 5002, the call forwarding busy and no answer will
point to 5001 DN?
I just know to configure the first part as follow...
call-manager-fallback
call-forward pattern .T
call-forward busy XXXX
call-forward noan XXXX timeout 6
voicemail XXXX
Pls kindly advise how to configure the second part.
BR,
Albert
