Hi All
We've got an IP camera Linksys WVC200 in the small office and want to have a
HTTP session to it from the Internet.
We have setup the camera with Dynamic DNS and we can get to the camera at
port 80 if it is directly conencted to the Internet. However, when we have
the ADSL rotuer is DrayTek Vigor2800 VG between the Internet and the camera
then we can't conenct to the camera. On the rotuer we have port redirection
setup so that any URL connection to the DNS name of the camera comes it is
redirected to the fixed private IP of the camera. The router has very basic
config other than the port redirection.Do we need anything else?
I hope someone can shed some light on this. If not, what Linksys ADSL router
can you recommend for this type of setup?
