Ben,
You can configure frame-relay adaptive shaping for interface congestion in a
Frame Relay map class. I honestly dont think there is support for this
configuration using MQC. I think you may have to do a hybrid configuration,
where you specify the other parameters in the MQC, but enable the interface
congestion feature itself in a map class.
