Sorry if I got your name wrong. I didn't know how to address you.
The first matches UDP segments with a destination port of 2000, while the
second matches UDP segments with source port 2000.
Assuming you had a server offering a service on this port, traffic to the
server would be matched by the 1st ACL, while traffic from the server would
be matched by the 2nd ACL.
