Hi Ruth,
I've gone through 90% of IE R&S Advanced Technologies Class on Demand (COD)
and they are pretty good for polishing up on troubleshooting/verifying task
configurations. The Brians' knowledge of the IOS, including some
undocumented commands, is amazing, to say the least. Their classes are
recorded sessions that can be replayed on demand, at your convenience, as
often as you like. Timezone differences are therefore not a problem.
I don't work for any of the vendors and haven't tried out other vendor's
products, so perhaps others can comment of their experiences with the
alternative solutions. I think vendor comparison/discussion/critiquing works
to everyones advantage in the long term, so I hope you don't mind that I
responded through GS. This way, more can benefit from our experiences.
Sincerely
Ben
