the topology may look like this:

                      ---------
                      | 4506 |
                      -----------
                       / \
                      / \
                    / \
            --------- ----------
            3560 1 35602
            --------- ----------
             | | | |
          pc1 pc2 PCs

suppose pc1 in vlan 10 and pc2 in vlan 20,which 3560 acts as the gateway?

+++ Heh, I hope that 3560-1, if Your SVIs there for Vlan's 10 and 20 are set
up and ip routing is on.
I feel I miss something...

if 35602 acts as the getway, should pc1 go through 35601 and then 4506 and
then 35602 and then return along the same route and then back 35601,and
then finally reach pc2?

+++ A-ha,,, here we go... If Your 3560 is L2 with trunks to 4506 and 4506
got svis for both vlans - yes.

That seams to be apparently unresonable. But how to
solve it ? You may set gateway just on 35601,but what about PCs under 35602?

++++ well, use different SVIs (I mean ip's) - then You will have different
GW for PCs on 3560-2.
If You want to have the SAME IP for all PCs You might try play with HSRP on
the 3560s, but You'll need a link between 3560s for that...
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/tk321/tsd_technology_support_sub
-protocol_home.html

And only 1 3560 will be Active passing traffic directly to the 4506 at a
time...

Don't they encounter the same situation?
