But why, If You want L3 on Your Distrib switches, not to use HSRP on them
and then You will use the StandBy IP as DefGW?

Yes,they are in the same VLAN when there are hosts need to be in a same
vlan. the questions is if one host connecting to one 3560 need to access
hosts in other vlans, it possibly has to trave to the other 3560 so to get
routed.
It is quite well to set the default gateway on the core switch but I just
want to set it on the distribute switch and make sure if it works.
