RE: SRST router cannot accept incoming call

Hi Albert,

On your dial-peer voice 1 add direct-inward-dial, if the pstn is actually sending 10 digits then that should be enough.

If not try to make an inbound call while in srst mode and with 'debug isdn q931' turned on, then send us the output for further assistance.

As for the 3xxx from site 1, call manager 4.2(1) and above on the 4.x train and 6.0 and above supports it (forward unregister).

HTH,

Subject: SRST router cannot accept incoming call
Importance: Low

 Dear All,

I have a voice network with two sites, the first site is running CCM and
site 2 is running a router with SRST. All phones in site 1 and site 2 are
registered with CCM first, and the T1 interface inside SRST router also is
registered with CCM.

If WAN is outage, the site 2 router can switch to SRST, users can then make
outgoing call, but the SRST router cannot accept incoming calls from PSTN.
Would you please all help to review my configuration below?

Also, when SRST is running, since all the site 2 phones are un-registered
with CCM, so is there any method, in which Site 1 phones can still dial 3XXX
to call all Site 2 phones?

Thanks!
