Hi all,
I have had a few problems accessing info on the Cisco Doc CD (online version). For example, I was looking for documentation on NM-16ESW module. I went to cisco doc cd home and selected All Products Documentation>Access Servers and Access Routers>Modular Access Routers. The link to this location is http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/acs_mod/index.htm
Here I find different router models (2600, 3600 etc) but Network Modules documentation is not there. Later I googled for info on NM-16ESW and found this link: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/acs_mod/ioh/nm/
Now the URLs are such that one would expect the first link to lead to second link. But thats not the case. The page at link 1 lists no entry that may lead to link 2, although the two URLs suggest so.
This is very confusing frustrating. Anyone has an idea how to get around this problem when navigating the doc cd?
Thanks and regards,
-Ahsan
