Hello,

Here is a possible way of organizing your time:

***********************
        In the morning
***********************

1. Reading the Lab ENTIRELY : 35 minutes

a. Identify how the exam material is organized, if it is your first time, by
thumbing through.
b. Locate diagrams and charts if any - make a mental note of the addressing,
topology, etc ...
c. Start reading . Don't try to solve the problems. Just get a clear idea of
what they want you to do in each section.
   Get a feel of how the sections are related to one another.

2. Switching / bridging : 30 - 45 minutes depending on difficulty.

3. WAN: 15 minutes

3. IGP: 1 hour

   OSPF -> 20 minutes
   EIGRP->20 minutes
   RIP ---> 10 minutes

   REDISTRIBUTION + Check -> 30 minutes

4. BGP : 30 minutes

------ At this point 3 hours and 05 minutes has gone max ---

5. MULTICAST: 20 min

6. IPV6 : 25 minutes

7. Reload and re-run script before going to lunch: 10 minutes

----- At this point 3 hours and 55 minutes have gone ( + 5 min spare for
bathroom ) = 4 hours

****************
In the afternoon:
***************

8. QoS: 20 minutes

9. IP Service: 15 minutes

10. Management : 10 minutes

11. Security: 20 minutes ---> do this LAST as it could break things ...

------ At this point 1 hour and 5 minutes have gone from your afternoon
quota of 4 hours

12. Reload then review of reacheability of IGP and BGP with script: 15
minutes

13. Review of each requirement with show and debugs: 90 minutes

----- At this point you have used 2 hours and 50 minutes ( + 5 min spare for
bathroom)

YOU HAVE 1 HOUR SPARE TO DO WHATEVER TASK YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO DO
or AN HOUR OF BUFFER SHOULD YOU HAVE LOST ANY TIME DURING THE DAY
ON SOME BLOCKING ISSUE.

Hope this help!

Pierre-Alex
