ABR Loopback Question (Best Practice)

Hello Guys -

I hope this question is not OT, just wanted to your feedback on this question.

Should the ABR loopback address be part of the area 0 address space, or its corresponding area? If it can in either area, what are the Pros/Cons to each situation.
