  All the routers in the same area must have identical LSDB so R3 will receive the default route ....
   
  The only method at the top of my head now is to use a "Distribute-list" in the IN direction in R3 OSPF process....
   
   So you will not see the default route in R3 routing table but it will remain in the LSDB!
