When I'm looking for a lab date I normally run a plugin to Firefox
called
ReloadEvery that will automatically refresh my search every 5 or 10
minutes. I just leave this running while I work and have it generate a
sound when changes are found. Be sure to not refresh it too much as
there
is a limit to the amount of searches you can make in a single day.
