Hi Group,
When connecting to router using SDM installed on PC, it will use SSH
to access the router. Although the user account I used has privilege
level 15, the router still alerts this: "In order for SDM to deliver
commands to your router, SDM needs to write a temporary file to your
router's flash", and I can't change router configuration.
But when I connect using SDM on router (type https://192.168.1.1
directly into browser), it asks for level_15 privilege (enable
password). And I can do everything on router.
Why is it so?
Is there anyway to use level_15 privilege (enable password) to connect
to router using SDM on PC? I tried to check "This device has HTTPS
enabled and I want to use it" box, but it still asks for SSH, not
enable password.
Thanks
