That makes perfect sense! Reduce services (e.g. send certification-related
calls to the receptionists, who can't properly spell CCNA three out of five
times) and then jack the prices up. Soon we'll be swapping pods with the
guy next to us at the end of the day and grading one another's labs, LOL!
Then we'll get a choice between a rubber CCIE bouncy ball or a plastic key
chain. And if we call and complain enough, we might even get a genuine
paper certificate in the mail someday when we're old and retired...
